These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropPulser (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Educational Use Only; No Advice

The Service provides journaling, analytics, rule-tracking, and educational tooling. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged products can result in rapid losses, including the loss of your entire account. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to access the Service using automated means (bots/scrapers) except where explicitly permitted.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or its security controls.
Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Subscriptions, Plans, and Reward Tiers

The Service may offer paid plans ("Plans") and earned, referral-based perks ("Reward Tiers"). Reward Tier unlocks are educational perks only, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable or resalable.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference third-party platforms or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.
